President & CEO
Eric started his career in the window industry in 1983 with Jeld-Wen, Inc. and spent the next 27 years with the company in various roles that included Territory Manager, National Sales Manager, VP of Door Sales and SVP of Sales. In 2014, Eric made his way to PlyGem Industries where he was made the SVP of Sales and Marketing of the Window Group. Eric would go on to lead that business unit through substantial growth over the next four years. Eric joined the RAM team in January of 2019 as a proven leader able to quickly drive the development and integration of comprehensive strategic plans geared toward sustainable growth. Eric holds advanced education degrees and certificates in economics and political science from Ohio Northern University.
Joe started his career with KPMG LLP in 2008 and spent the next 9 years with the firm’s audit practice. Joe’s main focus was on large accelerated SEC filers throughout the Midwest and MidSouth business units. Prior to joining RAM, he was tasked as the lead senior manager on one of the accounting firm’s national blue-chip accounts. Joe’s career with RAM began in 2017 in an effort to formalize policies and procedures while simultaneously supplying strategic senior management in both financial and operational areas of the business. Joe holds advanced education degrees and certificates in accounting and finance from Creighton University and holds an active Certified Public Accountant license.
VP of Operations
John joined RAM in 2018 after an impressive tenure in various manufacturing and engineering roles. John holds over 32 years of combined experience leading large operations at organizations such as Emerson Electric, GE, Newell Rubbermaid, and EMI Industries. His most recent experience found him as the General Manager of Hunting PLC. John holds advanced education degrees and certificates in Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, an MBA from Capital University, and is holds LEED AP credentials.
Residential Sales Manager
John has over 25 years of sales experience in the Houston-metro area. He began his career at Gulf & Basco wherein he grew into the VP of Sales role for this building material company. Prior to joining RAM, John spent two years as the VP of Sales for Builders Alliance LLC, a custom cabinet distribution company. John holds advanced education degrees and certificates from San Jacinto College.
Commercial Sales Manager
Chris has been an accomplished sales professional for over 32 years. Most of his career has been focused on building materials with companies such as Therma Tru, Jeld-Wen, Inc. and PlyGem Industries. Hailing from North Carolina, Chris joined RAM and moved to Texas in early 2020 to expand the company’s commercial sales channel throughout the United States. Chris holds advanced education degrees and certificates from East Carolina University.
