Luxury Contemporary Living In Preston Hollow

Nestled amidst towering trees in the heart of Preston Hollow, one of the most affluent neighborhoods in Dallas, this contemporary abode is one of our favorite architectural masterpieces by award-winning architect, John Lively. John’s transitional and contemporary style is evident through elements such as the metal roof, asymmetric design, clean lines, juxtaposition of dark and light hues, and open concept living spaces. One of our favorite features in this home is the unique metal house-shaped pentagon that jets out from the rest of the structure with spectacular RAM picture and specialty windows on the facade.
The contemporary dwelling features both RAM’s Artisan and Curated sliding doors, creating seamless transitions between the inside and outside, allowing tons of natural light and fresh air into the house. Whether hosting gatherings or enjoying quiet moments, the versatility of these sliding doors enhance living experiences, embodying the essence of modern luxury.

Every corner of the house is adorned with breathtaking views of lush greenery, inviting tranquility and connection with nature into every space. John even designed an extraordinary garage space, fulfilling the owner’s passion for race cars.
The open concept design seamlessly merges the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a sense of fluidity and connectivity. Sunlight pours in through expansive high quality aluminum RAM picture windows and sliding doors, accentuating the clean lines and modern aesthetic.
