At RAM Windows & Doors, we believe that the right window can do more than frame a view—it can open a world of possibilities. That’s why we’re proud to be a part of the RoseMary’s Place Apartments project in Houston, TX, a transformative housing initiative set to open in early 2025. Developed by The NHP Foundation in partnership with Magnificat Houses, Inc., RoseMary’s Place will provide 149 permanent supportive housing units to Houston’s most vulnerable residents.
Located in the heart of Midtown, this four-story, elevator-served complex is designed not only as a place to live, but as a place to heal, connect, and rebuild. The ground floor will house vital programming and support offices, while the upper floors will feature efficiency apartments—each thoughtfully planned to offer comfort and dignity. The building will also include common areas like multipurpose rooms, gathering spaces, and a staffed entry desk to support residents around the clock.
To complement the mission and architecture of RoseMary’s Place, RAM provided a selection of high-performance windows tailored for both function and form. The building features a combination of picture windows and Louver PTAC units with adjacent picture and casement windows—offering light-filled interiors and efficient airflow. These thoughtfully integrated window systems help create an inviting, energy-efficient environment that supports residents’ well-being and contributes to the long-term sustainability of the project.
