Situated along a golf course in The Woodlands, TX, this newly completed home by All Design Solutions was designed to be much more than a secondary residence. It’s a place for connection, relaxation, and easy indoor-outdoor living. Built as an add-on to a larger existing property, this thoughtful guest house delivers functionality with standout style, blending clean lines and natural light with warm, welcoming finishes.
A key design element, and the undeniable showstopper, is the RAM Bi-Fold Door that spans the back of the home, opening completely to reveal uninterrupted views of the green. With the ability to fold away seamlessly, the door erases the boundary between the cozy indoor living area and the tranquil outdoor setting, creating a perfect backdrop for entertaining or simply enjoying the peaceful landscape.
Co-owners and father-daughter team, David Santacroce and Lauren Santacroce-Clark started their business about 10 years ago and haven’t looked back. Taking the helm on this project, the completed home is Lauren’s first-ever new build which she talks about more extensively in her interview with RAM.

Throughout the home, RAM picture windows provide beautifully framed views and bring in plenty of daylight, making the space feel open and connected to nature. In addition, two RAM swing doors offer easy access to the surrounding outdoor areas while maintaining the same crisp, modern aesthetic. The thoughtful integration of windows and doors contributes to the home’s cohesive design and elevates the experience of every room.
To extend the livability of the space, Lauren Santacroce-Clark and the team at All Design Solutions created an expansive outdoor entertaining area, complete with a covered kitchen, dining space, and a lounge area with a mounted TV. It’s a natural extension of the home’s interior and invites year-round use—whether hosting guests or enjoying a quiet evening outdoors.
