Joe’s career with RAM Windows & Doors began in 2017 with a focus on innovation and change management. Joe has worked to formalize policies and procedures while simultaneously supplying strategic senior management in all areas of the business. Joe prides himself on his ability to be a strong leader and problem solver by steadily increasing the company’s market presence and captivating market share through organic growth opportunities.
Prior to RAM, Joe worked as an auditor with KPMG LLP. Starting with the firm in 2008, he was promoted in 2013 to serve as the lead manager and then senior manager on one of the firm’s blue-chip accounts. His career with KPMG was focused primarily on large company filers in the financial services, manufacturing, and technology sectors. Joe specialized in SOX and financial statement compliance. Coming from the world of client services with a window into Fortune 50 organizations, Joe can translate and adapt best practice policies and procedures to small-to-medium-sized businesses.
Joe holds advanced education degrees and certificates in accounting and finance from Creighton University and holds an active Certified Public Accountant license.
Fun Fact: In his spare time, Joe can be found spending time with his wife and three children, reading, coaching youth sports, or cheering on the Chiefs.
Charles joined RAM Windows and Doors in 2022 and oversees the commercial, residential, dealer, and Curated sales teams along with the marketing team. Charles has 15+ years of experience in the fenestration and millwork industry. The sales and marketing teams are committed to providing architects, builders, and homeowners with windows and doors built for innovative design, superlative performance, and long-lasting durability.
Charles’s background ranges from leading and managing ultra luxury brands to commodity brand window and door manufacturers to boutique dealers, lumberyards, big box stores, and direct to the end user. Charles is a proficient sales leader with a proven track record of sales growth.
Fun Fact: Charles is an avid golfer and spends his free time checking off America’s best courses. He also enjoys coaching his son and daughters’ sports teams.
Chris joined RAM Windows & Doors in March of 2023. A graduate of Miami University and a Six Sigma Black Belt, Chris has more than 25 years of manufacturing experience. The operations team is dedicated to the manufacturing, quality, warehousing, shipping, and field service of our products. From order to delivery, the operations team strives to meet our customers’ needs.
Chris’s manufacturing and operations experience started over 25 years ago. In that time, his roles have included Manufacturing General Manager, Plant Manager, QA Manager, Field Services Manager, and Continuous Improvement Manager. He has overseen multi-plant operations all over North America, with a focus on the steel building and construction industries for the past decade.
Fun Fact: Chris is a competition BBQ cook and has placed in the finals at the World Championship Houston Rodeo BBQ.
John is responsible for supplier relations and inventory management initiatives. With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain, his expertise as a mechanical engineer is complemented by a deep understanding and working knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies.
Prior to RAM Windows & Doors, John contributed his expertise to GE, Newellrubbermaid, and Hunting Energy Services. Now, at RAM Windows & Doors, John brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to the table.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, John enjoys fishing and playing pick-up basketball.
Ray, alongside his team, is responsible for the development of new product designs and ensures the continuous improvement of our existing product line. With over a decade of industry experience, RAM’s engineering team is dedicated to developing products that resonate with our customers.
Before joining RAM Windows & Doors, Ray laid his engineering foundation as a manufacturing engineer for General Dynamics before moving into a design role at another large fenestration company. This unique path helped him develop the necessary skills to see products from the development phase through to the end customer.
Ray received his B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University and loves to apply it to the real world. When he is not working with the RAM team to develop new products, he is taking on personal engineering projects.
Fun Fact: Ray designed and built a desert race car, and is actively racing it.
With over 24 years of experience, Laura has held various sales, marketing, and supply chain positions within the building materials and manufacturing industries.
Beginning her career in Raleigh, NC with Cline Davis Architects, she found her love for design and all things construction. She then spent a large portion of her career at Stock Building Supply, as an international buyer and logistics coordinator ultimately transferring to their commercial sales division in South Carolina.
Laura joined RAM Windows & Doors in March 2020, bringing her experience in both distributed and manufactured sales with her. At RAM she is focused on demand planning, capacity optimization, and logistics while supporting various projects including new product launches.
In her spare time, Laura and her husband share 3 adult children, 4 grandchildren, and 1 spoiled puppy.
Fun Fact: Laura is an avid golfer.
Kelly joined RAM Windows & Doors in 2023 and is responsible for the company’s marketing strategies and brand development. Her team is dedicated to driving growth, enhancing brand visibility, and positioning RAM Windows & Doors as a leader in the industry.
Prior to RAM Windows & Doors, Kelly was a photo editor and professional photographer, working for notable publications in New York City, including Travel + Leisure and Food & Wine magazines. Her diverse background has equipped her with a unique perspective on visual storytelling and consumer engagement.
Kelly received her Masters in Marketing from Texas A&M University, and is passionate about creating brand identities through curated storytelling and design. Her ability to blend artistry with strategic thinking is instrumental in shaping the company’s brand image.
Fun Fact: Kelly is an avid songwriter, and used to perform in New York City subway stations.
Sean joined RAM Windows & Doors in 2020, and is responsible for the company’s strategic financial decisions and accounting operations.
Prior to RAM Windows & Doors, Sean was an auditor at KPMG. He received his MBA from University of Louisiana Monroe, and is a certified public accountant.
