The Artisan Single-Hung window is easy to operate, and offers a traditional aesthetic that goes with any style of home. These windows are custom-made to fit almost any opening, regardless of shape or size. Made with thermally broken, all-aluminum frames, the Artisan Single-Hung comes standard with Low-E ultimate performance dual-pane glass. These units significantly reduce heat transfer, and protect against harmful infrared and ultraviolet light that can damage or discolor your interior. They can have two sashes of equal size or different sizes (40/60 or 30/70 ratio). An energy-efficient, cost-effective and versatile window, the Artisan Single-Hung is suitable for both residential and commercial properties.

Can have the upper and lower sash spilt at a 50/50, 40/60 or 30/70 ratio. Often combined with picture window transoms or sidelights. Can be mulled up to 5 units wide. Maximum mulled unit width is 20ft, and maximum mulled unit height is 8.3ft. Total window set cannot exceed 120 sq ft.

Aluminum windows are resistant to rusting, warping, cracking, and swelling, making them extremely stable in various climates. Double vinyl bulb weather stripping assures tight seal against air and water. Head flashing comes standard, but can be removed based on customer preference or overhang.
Sash limiters available: WOCD (Window Operating Control Device) or Sash Stop. Units have the option of screens. Units can be shipped open frame, frame only, or sash only.
